Solution Architect - D365 Customer Engagement (CE)

An opportunity to lead CRM solution design at a Microsoft Dynamics partner that's smaller and growing in the U.S., but with over 500 specialists across Europe and Latin America. They are scaling their fully remote US-based team due to a consistently growing pipeline.

Serving mid-market and enterprise customers in Manufacturing, Retail and Logistics, they need a Solution Architect who can design and deliver D365 CE solutions across sales, customer service and marketing. You'd own the architecture, lead discovery workshops, and make sure CRM solutions connect cleanly with ERP and the broader Microsoft ecosystem.

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Have 7+ years working with Dynamics CRM / D365 Customer Engagement (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing)
• Have 2+ years in a solution architect role
• Have designed CRM solutions across sales, service and marketing processes
• Have a strong understanding of Power Platform and Dataverse architecture
• Have led enterprise CRM implementations
• Experience integrating CE with F&O or Business Central is a plus
• Experience with Field Service or Customer Insights is a bonus
• Have U.S. Citizenship or green card status
