Business Central Solution Architect (Finance / CPA)

A growing, Microsoft-only BC consultancy is expanding its team to keep up with a strong pipeline of signed projects across North America. Fully remote since day one, this is a tight-knit team of genuinely senior practitioners, the kind of place where you can ask a question and get an answer without someone Googling it first. They're at an inflection point where the work is coming in faster than the bench can absorb it, and they're building deliberately, not just hiring to fill seats.

This is a senior individual contributor role for a BC Solution Architect with a strong financial background, ideally CPA-certified, who can step into complex engagements and add real depth. Project accounting experience is a meaningful differentiator given where the pipeline is heading.

• Fully remote with up to 20-25% travel
• The bench is genuinely senior, decades of collective Dynamics experience across the team
• Leadership that's hands-on, client-facing, and serious about white-glove delivery
• Expanding into the Canadian market with a healthy flow of new logos coming through the door
• Unlimited PTO

On offer:

• Base salary: $135,000 - $145,000 (up to $150,000 for the right fit)
• Competitive bonus program (details available on application)

We'd love to hear from you if you:

• Bring hands-on BC implementation experience at the Solution Architect level
• Desirable: Hold a CPA designation or equivalent financial accounting depth
• Have delivered across the Finance module with confidence leading client workshops
• Bring project accounting experience (not a dealbreaker, but you'll stand out)
• Are comfortable working remotely and engaging directly with clients on site when needed
• Citizens or Green Card holders only
