This is a rare, fast-track career opportunity to join a small, yet high-growth Microsoft Dynamics BC consultancy that is expanding its practice to meet a healthy pipeline of new projects. This role offers a clear pathway to manager and director positions as the company rapidly scales over the next 12-18 months.

• Start Date: ASAP (required within 6 weeks)
• Remote Work: Fully remote, US-based (any time zone)

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' hands-on Business Central (BC) platform experience.
• Have real-world manufacturing experience outside of ERP.
• Proven ability to deliver consulting services on client projects.
• Proficiency in both Process and Discrete Manufacturing concepts.
• Must be willing to achieve BC certifications (company-paid).
• Experience with InsightWorks or Quality Inspector preferred.

Compensation & Perks

• Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000 base.
• Bonus: 10% annual bonus, paid quarterly based on KPIs.
