Start: As soon as possible

Location: West-Houston - 4 days on site with flex for personal circumstances

Why You’ll Love This Role

We’re looking for a Lead Business Analyst who’s ready to take ownership of financial systems and drive meaningful change. This role isn’t just about maintaining an ERP—it’s about optimizing business processes, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring smooth operations.

With a major upgrade from AX 2012 to Dynamics 365 F&O on the horizon, you’ll be instrumental in system configuration, testing, data migration, and training. If you enjoy working cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and IT teams to enhance efficiency, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Serving as the subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 F&O and Dynamics AX 2012, supporting finance, accounting, and shared services teams.
  • Troubleshooting ERP issues while identifying and implementing system enhancements.
  • Managing financial reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, Financial Reporter) to support business insights.
  • Supporting integrations between Dynamics 365 F&O (AX 2012) and external systems.
  • Leading testing efforts, including unit testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Collaborating with finance, treasury, procurement, and IT teams to align ERP solutions with business needs.
  • Supporting the Dynamics 365 upgrade project—configuring the system, assisting with data migration, and training users for a seamless transition.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and/or Dynamics AX 2012.
  • Strong functional and technical knowledge of financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, Budgeting, Procurement, Cash & Bank).
  • Hands-on experience with financial reporting tools (SSRS, Power BI, Financial Reporter).
  • Familiarity with ERP integrations, data management, and reconciliation processes.
  • A problem-solving mindset—because we don’t just want things to work; we want them to work better.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business and IT teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

What’s In It for You?

Great talent deserves great rewards. That’s why they offer:

  • Competitive base salary with performance-based rewards.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
  • Generous paid leave, because work-life balance matters.
  • A culture that values your input, supports innovation, and encourages career growth.
