Product Manager – Manufacturing, Operations & Supply Chain

Help shape the future of a fast-growing energy technology company by leading the charge on manufacturing and supply chain systems transformation.

This is your chance to own the entire journey – from defining what capabilities the business needs, to evaluating and selecting the right platforms, to implementing solutions that will scale globally. You won't just be implementing software. You'll be building the foundation for a company transitioning from startup mentality to public company discipline.

Details:

Start date: ASAP

Location: North of Nashville, TN (onsite presence required)

Company: 500M revenue, 1,200 employees, recently went public

Key Requirements:

  • Strong manufacturing and supply chain process knowledge
  • Experience applying technology to solve operational problems
  • Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders and translate business needs
  • Apply a technology agnostic approach
  • Willingness to be onsite regularly (manufacturing floor time required)
  • Open to Agile methodologies

What Makes This Different:

  • You'll work alongside other product managers covering Finance, Sales, and Engineering – not in a silo.
  • Technology agnostic approach. Could be Microsoft Dynamics, could be Palantir, could be composable architecture.
  • Real influence. You'll help decide what gets built, not just implement what others chose.
  • This role doesn't end after go-live. New markets, new products, acquisitions – there's always something next.

What You're Walking Into:

The company just went public. They're SOX-controlled now. Big culture shift from "just get it done" to doing things the right way.

Currently running a mix of Dynamics GP, Excel, and paper processes.

Just built a brand new production plant and HQ.

International expansion underway (Australia, Europe, South America).

If you like fixing things, building processes, and finding new problems to solve, you'll love it here.

Compensation:

Base: $120,000 – $160,000

Bonus: 10% (based on Revenue, EBITDA, Cash Conversion, and personal KPIs)
