D365 Business Central Consultant

Join a growing East Coast-based accounting firm's BC practice as they expand to meet client demand. This role offers a clear pathway to management as the practice scales rapidly over the next 12-18 months.

Start Date: ASAP (flexible timeline)

Remote Work: Fully remote (candidates in PA, OH, MI, IN, FL, TX preferred)

Key Requirements

• 5+ years Business Central platform experience
• Consulting experience (implementations, not just internal IT)
• Strong inventory management knowledge preferred
• Ability to independently own project workstreams
• BC certifications (company will fund if not already certified)
• Manufacturing experience (Process and/or Discrete) highly valued

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 base
• Annual bonus: 10% (paid quarterly based on KPIs)
• Growth-oriented firm with fast promotion track to Manager level

About the Role

You'll work alongside a practice lead and small team of consultants, running portions of BC implementations with oversight and support. The firm focuses on core financials, inventory, and manufacturing projects across diverse industries. This is a true growth opportunity in a firm expanding its BC footprint nationally.
