Senior Consultant – D365 Field Service

Join a European Microsoft Inner Circle Partner that is actively growing its North American practice. This is a senior-level delivery role for someone who knows D365 Field Service inside out and wants to work on meaningful enterprise implementations, not just maintain someone else's config.

Start Date: ASAP

Remote Work: Fully remote, US or Canada (Toronto preferred)

Key Requirements

• 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, with at least 3 years specifically delivering D365 Field Service solutions
• End-to-end Field Service delivery experience: work order lifecycle, dispatch, scheduling, and mobile app deployment.
• Strong command of Universal Resource Scheduling (URS) and the Field Service Mobile app.
• Able to lead client-facing discovery, design workshops, and UAT.
• Experience integrating Field Service with ERP and enterprise backend systems.

Preferred

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate.
• Experience with Connected Field Service and Azure IoT integrations.
• Prior partner or consulting firm background.

Compensation

Salary Range: CAD 112k-170k / USD 96k-150k
