Business Systems Analyst – ERP & Field Service

Be the go-to person for a global manufacturing company's North American operations, supporting their ERP and Field Service platforms. You'll work hands-on in the systems, troubleshoot issues with operations and sales teams, and keep the data flowing between Services, Timesheets, Payroll, and Finance.

Details:

Start date: ASAP

Location: Remote, US-based (Houston/Texas preferred) - Occasional travel to North American sites

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems (Business Central, NAV, NetSuite, or similar mid-market ERP)
• Understanding of how Services/Field Service modules feed into timesheets, payroll, and costing
• Able to troubleshoot system issues and work directly with operations and sales teams
• Experience documenting and mapping business processes
• Comfortable diving into systems, not just writing requirements from interviews
• Manufacturing or construction industry experience preferred

Compensation:

Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 base + benefits
