Commercial Litigation Associate

Location: Orange County, CA

Salary Range: $240,000 – $275,000

A dynamic Orange County litigation team is looking for a commercial litigator with at least 4 years of experience. This role involves taking the lead on complex disputes, managing cases from inception through resolution, and advocating for clients in and out of court.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle all phases of commercial litigation including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances
• Work closely with partners and cross-disciplinary teams to develop case strategies
• Represent clients in hearings, mediations, and negotiations
• Draft persuasive legal documents and conduct thorough legal research
• Maintain strategic and timely client communication

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial litigation experience
• Background in contract disputes and business torts preferred
• Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills
• California Bar admission required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary between $240,000 and $275,000
