Complex Commercial Litigation Associate | Los Angeles, CA

Compensation: $230,000 to $270,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

The same national firm referenced above is also seeking a midlevel complex commercial litigation associate for its downtown Los Angeles office. The role involves managing a range of matters in both federal and state courts, including consumer class actions, financial services disputes, contract issues, and privacy-related litigation. Strong case management skills and proficiency in drafting and brief writing are essential. Experience taking and defending depositions is a plus but not required.

A solid academic background, excellent writing and analytical abilities, and an active California bar license are all required.
