Job Title: Construction Litigation Attorney (Hybrid)

Location: California (Hybrid)

Salary: $190,000 - $275,000, depending on experience

The firm specializes in handling a wide range of construction litigation matters, representing general contractors, subcontractors, and developers in complex disputes. Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join our team on a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction law, particularly in managing disputes related to construction projects, breach of contract, insurance coverage, and other related areas.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in complex construction litigation matters, including trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
  • Manage cases involving breach of contract, payment disputes, construction defects, insurance claims, and related issues.
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery documents, and contracts.
  • Provide legal counsel on project-related issues such as compliance, safety protocols, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel throughout all stages of litigation.
  • Participate in firm initiatives, such as business development and continuing legal education.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • Admitted to practice in California.
  • 4+ years of experience in construction litigation.
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setting.
  • Experience in arbitration, mediation, and trial preparation is highly desirable.
