A nationally recognized litigation firm is seeking an Associate or Counsel to join its Product Liability practice in the Orlando, Florida office. This firm is known for defending high-exposure, technically complex cases for major global companies across industries such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and consumer products.
This role offers the opportunity to take on significant responsibility early. You’ll be actively involved in all phases of litigation, including depositions, motion practice, discovery management, and working closely with clients and technical experts. You’ll also support case strategy and trial preparation alongside experienced trial lawyers.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of litigation experience and a strong foundation in legal writing, research, and advocacy. This is a great fit for someone who is self-driven, detail-oriented, and looking to build expertise in complex product liability matters while working in a fast-paced, high-performing practice.

Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active membership in the Florida Bar
- 5+ years of litigation experience
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Familiarity with state and federal court procedures
- Trial experience is a plus, but not required
