Salary: $180k - $250k

A well-regarded Texas-based litigation group is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Dallas office. The practice focuses on complex commercial and construction-related disputes across real estate, development, retail, and hospitality sectors. This is an ideal role for associates looking for hands-on trial and arbitration experience within a team known for courtroom readiness and deep industry knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle business and construction disputes, including breach of contract, fraud, and performance claims
• Represent clients in commercial lease and real estate litigation
• Manage OSHA and regulatory litigation tied to safety and compliance issues
• Participate in trials, arbitrations, and mediations for both public and private clients
• Draft pleadings, manage discovery, and contribute to trial prep

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong writing and oral advocacy skills
• Background in construction, real estate, or developer disputes preferred
• Prior arbitration or trial involvement a plus
• Texas Bar admission required
