Job Title: Construction Litigation Attorney

Location: Dallas, TX

Salary: $220,000 - $275,000

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Construction Litigation Attorney to join our Dallas office. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in construction-related legal matters, including contract disputes, defect claims, and delay damages. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile cases and provide strategic counsel to clients in the construction industry.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of construction litigation, from pre-trial through appeals.
  • Represent clients in complex construction disputes, including breach of contract, construction defects, and project delays.
  • Draft and argue motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop litigation strategies.
  • Represent clients in state and federal courts, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.


Qualifications:

  • JD from an accredited law school and admission to the Texas Bar.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in construction litigation.
  • Experience handling contract disputes, defect claims, and delay damages
  • Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
