Job Title: Commercial Litigation Associate

Location: New York, NY (with potential admission in NJ and/or PA being a plus)

Salary: $135,000 - $210,000, depending on experience


Job Description:

A well-established, multi-practice law firm in New York is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate with 4-8 years of experience to join its team. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, handling a variety of commercial litigation matters. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow within the firm and contribute significantly to client success. Admission to the New York bar is required, with additional bar admissions in New Jersey or Pennsylvania being a bonus.


Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
  • 4-8 years of experience in commercial litigation.
  • Admission to the New York State Bar, New Jersey a plus
  • Strong academic background.
  • Admission to the New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania Bar is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
