  • Collaborating with teams on title and survey review, diligence, and project documentation

Who We’re Looking For:

  • 3–4 years of experience in construction-related litigation or transactions
  • Strong interest in construction law and willingness to grow into a transactional practice
  • Excellent writing, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently on sophisticated matters
  • Experience with real estate finance, diligence, or data center leasing is a plus
  • Major law firm or equivalent experience strongly preferred
  • Admission to the California Bar required

Why This Role:

You’ll work closely with a respected real estate team on complex, high-value projects involving development, construction, and financing. This role offers long-term growth, high-level mentorship, and a strong client base in the California market.

To Apply:

Submit your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and interest in construction transactions. This role is best suited for attorneys who are serious about building a long-term practice in real estate and construction law.
