Commercial Litigation Associate – Austin, TX

A full-service Texas-based firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its high-performing litigation group in Austin. The team handles a wide range of complex business disputes, including “bet-the-company” matters across industries such as energy, tech, insurance, and agriculture.

This is a strong platform for litigators who want meaningful courtroom exposure, hands-on case responsibility, and the support of a large trial-ready team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in commercial and contractual disputes, fraud claims, and fiduciary duty litigation
• Manage written discovery, depositions, motion practice, and pretrial strategy
• Handle matters across state and federal court, often with multi-jurisdictional elements
• Support both trial and appellate litigation

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of commercial litigation experience
• Strong writing, advocacy, and legal research skills
• Experience with complex business disputes preferred
• Eminent domain experience is a plus
• Licensed in Texas or eligible for admission
