Commercial Litigation Associate

Location: San Diego, CA

Salary Range: $245,000 - $290,000 (depending on experience)

A San Diego-based litigation team is seeking a driven associate to join its practice handling high-stakes business disputes and complex commercial litigation. This role offers exposure to challenging matters across financial services, intellectual property, real estate, construction, entertainment, and employment litigation.

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with senior attorneys on all phases of litigation
• Handle complex discovery, legal research, and motion practice
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and negotiations
• Contribute to trial preparation and strategy on high-profile matters

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–6 years of complex commercial litigation experience
• Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
• California Bar admission required
• Demonstrated initiative and team-oriented mindset
