A highly ranked Dallas-based litigation team is seeking a mid-level associate to support its growing commercial litigation docket. This practice is a core pillar of the firm and offers exposure to complex disputes involving contracts, business torts, securities, trade secrets, and real estate. The team has earned regional and national recognition for its courtroom strength, client responsiveness, and business-minded approach.

This is an ideal seat for a litigator looking to sharpen their trial skills, work directly with lead partners, and take on substantive case responsibilities from day one.

Key Practice Areas:

• Breach of contract, fiduciary duty, and shareholder/partnership disputes
• Real estate and construction litigation
• Securities, fraud, and governance litigation
• Class action defense (consumer, commercial, securities)
• Non-compete and trade secret enforcement
• Appellate work in state and federal courts

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years of commercial litigation experience at a law firm
• Strong drafting and research skills; motion and brief writing required
• Deposition, hearing, or trial experience preferred
• Texas Bar membership (or eligibility to waive in)
