Our client is a leader in the ethanol industry and is seeking a service-minded professional to support commodity operations through customer communication, shipment coordination, record keeping, and transactional support. Responsibilities
- Coordinate scheduling for co-product shipments by truck and provide load identifiers to customers
- Track communication of shipment numbers and work through adjustments when needed
- Maintain and organize sustainability certification records and related paperwork
- Review market information and help identify areas for business growth
- Support outbound truck activity and assist with invoice preparation
- Enter inbound grain scale tickets, input contracts, and process farmer settlements
- Help with billing for loaded co-products with a strong focus on precision and correctness
- Assist with customer calls, pricing communication, grain contracting, settlement review, documentation requests, and relationship management
