Talduo is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to join our IT consulting client in Scottsdale, AZ. This is an onsite opportunity where you will provide frontline IT support to multiple clients across various industries, troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring seamless IT operations. The ideal candidate has experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and password management, along with strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities:

Provide remote technical support for multiple clients in a fast-paced MSP environment.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, email, and system access.

Manage user accounts in Active Directory, including creating, modifying, and disabling accounts.
- Perform password resets and resolve login authentication issues.

Document and track issues, solutions, and resolutions in a ticketing system.

Assist with hardware setup, software installations, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary.
- Educate end-users on IT security best practices and software usage.
Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, preferably in an MSP environment.

Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.).

Experience with Active Directory for user and group management.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to multitask and support multiple clients efficiently.

Experience using a ticketing system for tracking and resolving issues is a plus.

CompTIA A+ or similar IT certification is a plus.
