Bay State Physical Therapy, a leading provider of outpatient physical therapy in the Northeast, is seeking a Front Desk Team Lead to join our team. Full time - 40 hours per week. In this role, you will be the front office point person, handling scheduling and day-to-day workflow. You will oversee the check-in/out process, ensuring it’s fast, friendly, and accurate, and you will act as the go-to for insurance verifications, authorizations, and co-pay collections. You’ll be the engine that keeps our clinic running smoothly and ensures every patient feels seen and heard. 3+ years in a medical front office role, with some leadership experience preferred.

Experience Needed:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• Professional: Previous experience in a healthcare setting is desirable.
