We’re looking for a Cost & Plant Accounting Manager who wants more than a reporting role—someone ready to partner with operations, shape financial strategy, and make a visible impact on manufacturing performance.

In this role, you’ll be the financial backbone of plant operations, translating numbers into insights, improving cost visibility, and driving smarter decisions across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Own cost and plant accounting with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and insight

• Analyze variances, costs, and operational performance to drive improvements

• Partner closely with plant leadership and cross‑functional teams

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives

• Lead conversations around performance, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Strong background in cost accounting within manufacturing

• Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights

• Experience working cross‑functionally with operations and leadership

• Confidence leading change, improving processes, and influencing outcomes
