We’re hiring dependable Construction Laborers to support a fast-growing utility construction crew. Work volume is strong, and this role requires travel between Ohio and Indiana based on project needs. $150/day per diem traveling!

What You’ll Do

• Support daily field operations as an active member of a construction crew
• Perform hands-on tasks as assigned by the Foreman or site leadership
• Complete ground-level labor using hand tools
• Safely operate various construction tools.
• Provide general job site support to ensure projects stay on schedule

What We’re Looking For

• Prior experience in telecommunications or utility construction is a plus
• Comfortable working outdoors in a physically demanding environment
• Ability to bend, squat, kneel, and reach throughout the workday
• Capable of lifting and moving materials and equipment
• Willingness to travel for projects as needed
• Valid driver’s license with a solid driving history over the past three years
• Hands-on familiarity with common construction power tools
• Able to take direction and work effectively under supervision
