Pay: $31.00 - $34.00 per hour

Job description:

We are hiring an experienced rough carpenter, who will work as a lead/foreman for a great construction company working on projects in the Spokane/CDA area. This is a permanent role, with benefits, and a fast growing company.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review and work from blueprints to meet specifications.
• Lead by example in productivity, professionalism, and quality of work.
• Monitor daily operations and completed work, providing coaching and corrective guidance as needed.
• Ensure all work complies with contract documents, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct routine site inspections to confirm quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of framing experience.
• Experience working from blueprints.
• Commercial construction experience.
