About the Role
We are seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist to support the Enterprise Revenue Strategy & Operations team. This role will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations teams to support the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process, deal reviews, order management, bookings, and Salesforce administration. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Order Management within a B2B SaaS environment.

4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Order Management, or Commercial Operations
- Experience supporting Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes within a B2B SaaS company
- Strong Salesforce CRM experience, including opportunity management, reporting, dashboards, and data administration
- Experience reviewing order forms, contracts, renewals, pricing structures, and commercial agreements
- Strong analytical skills with experience reporting on ARR, ACV, Bookings, Renewals, Retention, and SaaS metrics
- Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process from opportunity through booking
- Review and validate order forms, renewals, amendments, contracts, and commercial agreements
- Ensure accurate order processing, bookings, and Salesforce data management
- Partner with Sales on deal structuring, pricing approvals, renewals, and non-standard requests
- Maintain and update Salesforce opportunities, accounts, reports, and dashboards
- Support month-end and quarter-end activities, ensuring booking accuracy and timely issue resolution
- Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams
- Analyze operational data and provide insights to improve processes and reporting
- Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and operational scalability
Required Qualifications

4-10 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Order Management
- Experience working in a Global SaaS organization
- Must have experience supporting Quote-to-Cash (QTC) processes in a B2B SaaS environment
- Strong experience with: Salesforce CRM, Opportunity Management Reporting & Dashboards, Data Administration
- Must have experience with CPQ; Salesforce CPQ, Deal Hub, Ironclad, Jira, or similar CPQ platforms
- Experience reviewing: Order Forms, Contracts, Renewals, Pricing Structures, Commercial Agreements
- Experience supporting: Bookings, Order Management, Deal Operations, Revenue Processes
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience working with global teams in a remote environment
*The strongest candidates will have demonstrated experience with Salesforce, CPQ knowledge Quote-to-Cash processes, deal structuring, bookings, contract reviews, cross-functional stakeholder management, and working successfully under quarter-end deadlines in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
