Junior Content Strategist
Location: Culver City, CA (Onsite - **Local candidates only)
Payrate: $35–$45.14/hr
Duration: 7 months (possibility of extension)
Hours: Full-time 40 hours/week
Summary
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Content Strategist to join our growing team. In this role, you will design and implement content strategies that optimize audience engagement, retention, and impact across multiple streaming platforms. You will work closely with production, creative, and cross-functional teams to ensure content is delivered effectively and aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain content planning frameworks, ensuring timely updates and alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor content performance metrics and use data-driven insights to refine content strategies and maximize audience engagement.
- Collaborate with production and creative teams to ensure seamless content scheduling and delivery.
- Identify emerging content trends and opportunities through competitive analysis and audience insights.
- Support both long-term content planning initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Assist in documenting and standardizing content processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and strategy updates to internal stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in content strategy, communications, media, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Passion for content, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Airtable for content planning and tracking.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Keynote, and nPower for reporting and presentation.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Bonus Points
- Experience with digital publishing platforms or content scheduling systems.
- Understanding of SEO, social media engagement, or digital marketing best practices.
- Ability to identify and act on emerging content trends.
