Title: Creative Production Coordinator

Payrate: $46/hr

Duration: 6-month assignment

Location: Hybrid (Culver City, CA 90232)


Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and solutions-driven Creative Production Coordinator to support video and marketing asset production within a fast-paced, creative environment. This role partners closely with creative directors, producers, and post-production teams to ensure video assets are delivered accurately, on time, and within budget. The Creative Production Coordinator plays a critical role in maintaining workflows, schedules, financial tracking, and cross-functional communication across multiple campaigns and initiatives.


What You Will Do

  • Coordinate asset servicing workflows, including intake of requests, system updates, ISCI code requests, and end-to-end follow-through across all phases of production.
  • Manage day-to-day asset distribution workflows, ensuring files are delivered accurately and on time to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain the health and accuracy of Airtable tracking tools, including updating records, cross-checking data, and maintaining visibility across multiple views.
  • Triage and fulfill internal requests, coordinating individual file deliveries and ensuring timely execution.
  • Coordinate platform-building campaigns, supporting budget tracking, processing financial documentation, tracking assets, building workback schedules, and following through to final delivery.
  • Assist with purchase order requests, financial tracking, cost-to-date reporting, and expense tagging.
  • Support multi-title campaigns and special projects, including Airtable tracking, delivery coordination and specialty initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows, tools, and asset management processes.


What You Bring

  • 4–6 years of experience supporting marketing teams or creative campaigns.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and ensure accuracy across projects.
  • Experience working in entertainment marketing, creative operations, or production environments preferred.
  • Knowledge of video production and post-production workflows preferred.
  • Proficiency using project tracking and database tools (Airtable and Fram IO) in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience coordinating AV assets for marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with budget tracking, purchase orders, and agency billing processes preferred.
  • Experience using Excel to organize, analyze, and present data, including proficiency with formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across creative, operational, and external partner teams.
  • Passion for entertainment, the creative process, and solving complex operational challenges.



Bonus Points If You Have

  • Advanced experience with Airtable or similar project management platforms
  • Experience supporting Live Sports marketing campaigns
  • Exposure to agency-facing production workflows
  • Interest in optimizing creative operations and production systems
