Title: Creative Advertising Producer – Live Sports Marketing (Contract)

Payrate: $52 -$59/hour

Duration: 12-month assignment

Hours: Full-time

Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid)

Summary: 

Are you passionate about live sports and high-energy entertainment marketing? We're looking for a Creative Advertising Producer to join a fast-paced creative team producing trailers, TV spots, and social content for major live sports broadcasts. You'll help bring bold campaigns to life — coordinating with agencies, tracking timelines, and making sure every deliverable hits a world-class creative bar.

This is a hybrid role for someone who thrives on juggling multiple creative projects, loves the energy of live sports, and knows how to keep cross-functional partners aligned and moving fast.

What You'll Do: 

• Support the Creative A/V team on live sports marketing campaigns, managing a variety of tasks and scheduling
• Track and coordinate with external agency partners on A/V production 
• Build and manage agency timelines against schedules and budgets 
• Build and strengthen partnerships with current and new vendors
• Coordinate between creative, production management, and finishing teams

What You Bring:

• 5–7+ years of experience in creative campaign development, preferably in Entertainment (TV/film) and Live Sports 
• Experience multi-tasking a high volume of creative projects while collaborating with internal teams 
• A sharp eye for quality across A/V campaign creative 
• Proficiency in TV, Digital, Social, and Print advertising formats and methodologies 
• A team-oriented approach and comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment 
• Experience ideating, executing, and delivering A/V derivative cutdowns and bespoke spots for digital and social

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent 
• Familiarity with major live sports properties and their current seasons
• Experience with both footage-based and motion graphics-based creative
