Title: Digital Asset Manager
Payrate: $52/hour
Duration: 3-month assignment
Hours: Full-time | 40 hours/week
Location: Remote (PST hours preferred)
Summary:
Do you thrive on order in the middle of creative chaos? We're looking for a highly organized Digital Asset Manager to own the intake, review, and approval of hundreds of promotional assets flowing through a fast-moving digital production environment. You'll work directly with developers and cross-functional creative teams, keeping a high-volume asset pipeline moving accurately and on time, from first submission to final archive.
This is a role for someone who brings professionalism, discretion, and calm under pressure, and who genuinely enjoys the mechanics of managing digital content at scale.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the full developer asset lifecycle, from initial request through review, approval, handoff, and archiving
- Serve as the primary point of contact for developer communications
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate details and clear, consistent communication
- Receive and organize digital assets within a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform
- Assess assets for policy compliance, technical specifications, and creative brief alignment
- Escalate assets requiring legal/business clearance review
- Maintain trackers, ensuring accuracy of statuses, notes, and linked resources
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Digital Asset Manager
- Ability to build and maintain strong one-on-one working relationships with external partners/developers
- Experience with large-scale creative production or promotional artwork management
- Proven ability to manage large volumes of creative assets across their full lifecycle
- Keen eye for detail and familiarity with digital asset specifications, design concepts, terminology, and style guides
- Experience working with raster images, video, 2D/3D graphics, and audio files
- Highly organized and detail-oriented track record
- Proficiency in DAM systems, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Airtable
- Proven success partnering and collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Ability to meet deadlines while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and results-driven with a creative problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools and workflows, with a proactive approach to integrating emerging technology to improve production efficiency and output
- Deep understanding of and passion for technology, apps, and games
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Creative agency experience
- Familiarity with app store ecosystems, games, and apps
- Bachelor's degree
