Our client is an accredited online university offering great programs across many industries. Their mission is to provide a community of caring and guidance for academic, financial, mental health, and career support while providing a path that makes quality college education accessible to all learners. They are seeking an experienced Asana & Jira Workflow Project Consultant for a short-term engagement to configure and organize project workflows using Asana and Jira.
The team has already established its project processes, steps, milestones, and timelines. They need a consultant who understands how to translate these requirements into a practical, well-organized project management environment that teams can use and replicate moving forward.
Some teams use Asana, while others use Jira and need to continue working within their existing systems. The consultant will help determine how the platforms should work together, organize project milestones and tasks, establish dependencies, and create a reusable project structure that supports cross-functional collaboration. Microsoft Teams integration and knowledge of related collaboration tools are a plus. This is a hands-on consulting assignment for someone who can independently assess requirements, recommend the right setup, configure the project environment, and provide documentation and knowledge transfer so internal teams can maintain and reuse the solution.
