Availability: Must have open scheduling flexibility, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate – Brand Ambassador to join our retail operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to represent a world-renowned entertainment brand, engage with visitors from around the globe, and contribute to a fast-paced retail environment that combines sales with experiential marketing.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in conversation to understand their needs and recommend products.
- Promote brand awareness by interacting with prospective guests both in-store and offsite at marketing activations.
- Share product knowledge, highlighting features, benefits, and value to drive sales.
- Achieve personal and team sales goals, supporting overall store revenue targets.
- Accurately process transactions and maintain cash register integrity.
- Receive, stock, and merchandise products while maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.
- Ensure adherence to store visual standards and promotional guidelines.
- Assist with marketing and consumer events that drive traffic and enhance guest experience.
- Follow all loss prevention, safety, and operational procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to connect with diverse customers.
- Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and adaptable to changing business needs.
- Comfortable handling transactions and using basic computer systems (POS, Microsoft Office, internet applications).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly.
