Warehouse Clerk – $21–$25/hr (DOE) | Temp-to-Hire | Weekly Pay + Benefits | Livermore, CA

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM
• Potential for overtime based on business needs 

What You’ll Do

• Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming materials and components
• Accurately store, track, and distribute inventory across departments
• Prepare and kit materials for production and assembly teams
• Process inventory transactions and maintain accurate system records
• Perform daily cycle counts and assist with inventory reporting
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory balances
• Support internal teams by fulfilling material requests efficiently
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage stock levels and transactions
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and material handling as needed
• Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement efforts

What Success Looks Like

• High level of accuracy in inventory counts, locations, and transactions
• Timely fulfillment of internal and external material requests
• Strong attention to detail across documentation and system updates
• Consistent adherence to quality and safety standards
• Ability to multitask across warehouse functions (kitting, shipping/receiving, inventory control)

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of warehouse, stockroom, or inventory experience
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to follow processes and work both independently and on a team

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Regular movement throughout warehouse and production areas
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
• Frequent standing, walking, and repetitive hand movements
• Exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse conditions
• Use of computers, equipment, and inventory systems daily
• PPE required (provided), with potential exposure to industrial materials
