Inventory & Receiving Associate (NetSuite Required)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Stockroom & Receiving Associate to support daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and work order fulfillment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with NetSuite and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Accurately record inventory transactions in NetSuite
- Organize and maintain stockroom inventory for easy access and traceability
- Pick, pack, and fulfill work orders in accordance with production or customer requirements
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
- Label, store, and track materials following company procedures
- Coordinate with purchasing, production, and logistics teams
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues
Qualifications
- Previous experience in receiving, stockroom, warehouse, or inventory control

Required: Working knowledge of NetSuite ERP (inventory and order management modules)
- Experience with work order fulfillment processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills (data entry, spreadsheets, inventory systems)
- Ability to lift and move materials (typically up to 40–50 lbs)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Familiarity with barcode scanners or warehouse management systems
- Familiarity with Point Purchasing application
Work Environment
- Warehouse / stockroom setting
- Standing, walking, and lifting required throughout the shift
