Bioanalytical Scientist
Pay Rate: Up to $54.48/hour

Summary
We are seeking a Bioanalytical Scientist to support scientific research and development activities within regulated bioanalysis. This role will contribute to study execution, data review, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration while applying scientific judgment within established practices and project priorities.
What You'll Do
- Support the planning and execution of studies, experiments, analyses, and technical activities with bioanalytical CRO partners.
- Prepare, review, and maintain protocols, records, data summaries, reports, and related documentation for GLP studies.
- Collect, organize, and analyze scientific information to support project decisions and team deliverables.
- Coordinate samples, materials, timelines, vendors, and internal resources required to complete assigned work.
- Apply established scientific methods, procedures, and quality practices to support consistent and reliable results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate findings, resolve issues, and support project progress.
- Identify technical issues, document observations, and contribute recommendations for process or study improvements.
- Maintain awareness of relevant scientific literature, methods, and best practices related to bioanalytical science.
- Support accurate and timely completion of assigned scientific and project deliverables.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent education and experience; an advanced degree may be applicable depending on the function.
- Knowledge of current regulatory guidance and regulations, including FDA and ICH M10.
- Relevant experience conducting, supporting, or documenting scientific, technical, clinical, or research-related work.
- Working knowledge of scientific methods, study execution, data review, documentation practices, and applicable laboratory or technical procedures.
- Ability to organize data, summarize findings, document observations, and communicate results to technical and cross-functional audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Sound judgment and ability to follow established procedures.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and functions.
- Ability to work remotely and effectively manage assigned responsibilities and deliverables.
