We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Global Support Associate to join our energetic Global Operations team, who will interact daily with clients and employees. This position will support our internal team with answering employee inquiries and aid in finding positive solutions for our customers where needed. Our future team members must have excellent verbal and written customer service skills for a professional setting and should be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with a "can-do" attitude. 


Key Responsibilities

·       Input, update and verify data in various systems with a high level of accuracy for new employees and clients

·       Provide daily phone, email, chat, and in-person support through good old-fashioned customer service to clients and employees per the established service standards

·       Process Unemployment Claims, Verifications of Employment, and Court Orders

·       E-Verify case monitoring

·       Follow up on employee requests, including setting up new direct deposit and pay cards

·       Create and compile reports and audits as needed

·       Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless data flow and resolve any data related discrepancies

·       Complete requests submitted by the Global Operations or other internal TCW departments

 

Qualifications & Skills

·       Highly skilled in communication excellence with internal and external stakeholdes

·       Ability to quickly resolve complex issues in stressful situations

·       Can quickly adapt to new systems and processes as implemented

·       Proactive and able to foresee/solve future problems before they start

·       Ability to multi-task and re-evaluate priorities throughout the day

·       Resourceful and creative problem-solving skills

·       Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships

·       Accurate data entry skills for database software

·       Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Office 365

·       Experience working in human resources, payroll, benefits and/or client management a plus

 

Salary & Benefits

This position offers full-time benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

Additional compensation may be earned by exceeding sales and service goals.
