This role supports a rapidly growing digital healthcare platform (originally Hinge Health) that is redefining patient care through technology, clinical expertise, and innovation. You'll play a critical role in ensuring seamless inbound logistics operations across a complex and evolving supply chain network.
What You’ll Own
- Lead end-to-end inbound logistics operations, including supplier, carrier, and 3PL coordination
- Develop and maintain routing guides to streamline supplier onboarding and shipment consistency
- Partner cross-functionally to ensure compliance with domestic and international shipping requirements
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through process optimization and vendor management
- Oversee ERP-based logistics workflows (NetSuite preferred), ensuring accurate receipt, tracking, and PO closure
- Analyze logistics data to deliver actionable insights that improve efficiency and reduce spend
- Manage relationships with suppliers, carriers, and 3PL partners to ensure high service levels
- Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure accurate tariff classification and compliance
- Support invoice validation and operational logistics execution across the supply chain
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of inbound logistics or supply chain experience
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Supplier & carrier management
- 3PL operations
- ERP systems (NetSuite strongly preferred)
- Proven ability to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Experience with international shipping, customs, and trade compliance (highly preferred)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across internal and external stakeholders
