Job Description

The team is looking for a Marketing Campaign Operations to join the Marketing Operations team. You’ll be focused on supporting the execution of world class marketing campaigns by triaging requests that come in and working closely with Microsoft’s Campaign Operation teams daily to get your work done. Your primary role will be around building Eloqua Programs and emails, building Marketo Programs and Emails in Microsoft’s bespoke Marketo instance, monitoring our lead management system, and helping to surface gaps and areas of opportunity in our marketing tech stack.

 

What excites you:

 

  • [Campaign Ops] Work across the Marketing Operations team on all aspects of program/campaign operations from audience targeting, list uploads, email creation, program execution and program measurement.
  • [Campaign Ops] Actively identify and remove obstacles preventing our Marketing teams from realizing their campaign execution
  • [Strategic] Evaluate our lead management process to find growth levers, gaps, and propose process improvements
  • Partner cross functionally with Marketing, Product, Revenue Operation, and Engineering teams to design and implement insights and systems to drive organizational growth
  • [Campaign Ops] Document, maintain, and evangelize Marketing Operation frameworks and processes to drive consistency across multiple partners
  • [Analyst] Help us review our marketing campaign performance and surface trends or insights that we can inform the larger Marketing organization
  • [Analyst] Monitor and debug our marketing data logs, flows, and pipelines to understand where data and process can be improved

 

What excites us:

 

  • 3-10 years of Marketing Operations experience with a Global B2B SaaS/Tech company
  • Must have experience more on the operations side of marketing campaigns
  • 2+ years of experience with Eloqua or Marketo (Preference Eloqua)
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with B2B email/nurture marketing
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Excel; data analytics and manipulation; strong ability to manipulate data in Excel
  • Experience with Marketing B2B Reporting (e.g. in Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, PowerBi etc)
  • Understanding and experience with HTML & CSS
  • Experience with Contentful and/or WordPress for Website landing page creation and QA
  • Bonus: Experience with Asana/Jira/GitHub/Azure DevOps Project Management tool Experience
  • Good understanding of B2B email/nurture marketing best practices, deliverability/governance, data quality management and marketing attribution models
  • Demonstrated experience in converting business requirements into technical specifications for execution
