Title: Global Mobility Sr. Specialist / Project Manager

Summary
We're seeking a proactive, technology focused Global Mobility Sr. Specialist to join the team. In this position, you will do more than relocate employees; you will build the systems that support their movement. You will work closely with HRBPs, Recruiting, Immigration, Compensation, Benefits, Legal, Payroll, and Tax to provide a smooth mobility process. We want a "builder"—someone experienced in international workforce relocation who enjoys leading projects, implementing systems, and navigating complex compliance challenges for a diverse workforce.
What you will be doing:
• System Transformation: Serve as the functional lead for implementing and revamping our mobility case tracking solution. Transition manual workflows into automated and scalable solutions using Workday and ServiceNow.
• Process Engineering: Audit legacy mobility processes to build end-to-end automated workflows that reduce manual touchpoints while maintaining high-touch "white-glove" service.
• Remote Work & EBT Governance: Build and manage the governance for remote work requests and Extended Business Travel (EBT).
• Strategic Advisory: Advise managers and recruiters on recommended practices, process timelines, and risk mitigation for complex cross-border hires and internal transfers.
• Vendor & Project Management: Manage global mobility vendors and external supplier partners to ensure high performance and data integrity across the region.
• Risk & Exception Management: Assess and assist with significant issues and exception requests, applying judgment and critical thinking to balance employee experience with corporate compliance.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
• Experience in developing methods to automate manual processes.
• Success in leading a system implementation or a significant technology upgrade (e.g., moving from spreadsheets to an enterprise case management tool).
• Demonstrated experience leading Remote Work programs and navigating the tax/legal complexities of a distributed workforce.
• Strong expertise in Workday and ServiceNow, capable of converting policy requirements into detailed technical functional specifications.
• Ability to work effectively with data, examine patterns in travel or mobility expenses, and communicate insights to leadership.
• Advanced user of MS Excel, Workday, ServiceNow, HR-centric systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and highly responsive.
• Ability to think through end-to-end solutions to improve the processes through the mobility lifecycle.
• Proficient in managing complex, unclear situations by applying judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently while showing initiative.
• Capability to handle data proficiently, examine and share insights, prepare and present presentations of important outcomes.
