B2B Inside Sales Representative – Renewals ( Remote)

Pay Rate: $30–$32/hr + Medical Benefits ( Weekly pay)

Contract Length: 6 Months | Excellent potential for extension)

Schedule: Full-time Monday–Friday ( Can attend meetings EST as needed)

About the Role

The B2B Inside Sales Representative – Renewals ( Remote) is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems, and driving revenue.

This role will focus primarily on selling and renewing service agreements for medical equipment. You will work with existing customers, targeted accounts, and inbound leads to identify opportunities and help achieve the team’s sales and revenue goals.

The ideal candidate is a confident, proactive salesperson who can quickly learn new products and services, communicate value to customers, and work independently with limited training.

 

You will be provided with targeted customer leads, primarily existing customers whose medical equipment service agreements are expiring or have expired, along with inbound leads from the company website. You will reach out to customers by phone and email to understand their needs, explain service options, and drive renewals and new service opportunities. The company will provide the phone system/equipment — you will not be expected to use your personal cell phone.

The ideal candidate must be comfortable making phone calls, speaking directly with customers, and proactively following up on sales opportunities.

 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Sell service agreements and solutions for medical equipment to existing and prospective B2B customers.
  • Focus primarily on renewing existing customer service agreements and preventing service expirations.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to targeted customers and follow up on inbound leads.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and explain the value of service offerings.
  • Manage and maintain sales opportunities and customer activity in Salesforce.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently follow up on opportunities.
  • Partner with Field Sales, Service, Legal, and other internal teams to move opportunities forward.
  • Help achieve quarterly and annual sales/revenue goals.
  • Quickly learn the company’s medical equipment and service offerings.
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer outreach.
  • Perform other related duties and projects as assigned.

 

Required Qualifications

  • 3-8 years of Inside Sales experience in a customer-facing sales role within medical device, diagnostics, and/or laboratory products
  • B2B sales experience is required.
  • Experience in renewing existing customer service agreements and preventing service expirations
  • Experience selling medical devices/equipment, healthcare technology, diagnostics, laboratory products, or other technical products/services
  • Experience in consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and explain the value of service offerings.
  • Experience in making phone calls, speaking directly with customers, and proactively following up on sales opportunities
  • Experience selling service agreements, maintenance contracts, warranties, subscriptions, or recurring-revenue services.
  • Experience selling to healthcare organizations, hospitals, clinics, laboratories, or medical professionals.
  • Must be confident, comfortable asking for the sale and handling customer objections.
  • Must be a smooth communicator, persistent without being pushy, and comfortable with outbound sales
  • Demonstrated ability to work toward sales quotas, revenue targets and other measurable goals.
  • Experience using a CRM system Salesforce
  • Experience to jump in quickly, hit the ground running, and make an impact to sell new products and services
  • Requires experience working in a remote environment; home office and reliable internet
  • Bonus: Experience using Agiloft or similar contract management systems

We are looking for a confident, proactive salesperson who can hit the ground running. The right person will be a smooth communicator, persistent without being pushy, comfortable with outbound sales, and motivated by achieving results.

This is not a role for someone who is passive or needs extensive training. We need someone who can learn quickly, take ownership, build relationships, and start contributing to sales goals quickly.
