Benefits Analyst
Payrate: $45–$50/hr
Location: Fully Remote | U.S. Candidates
Length of Assignment: 4–5 months
Start Date: September 22, 2025
We are seeking an experienced Benefits Analyst to support U.S. benefits operations and administration during a critical project period. This is a fully remote role open to candidates across the United States. The ideal professional is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple priorities while ensuring a high level of employee support and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support year-end U.S. Open Enrollment activities, including file audits, corrections, and employee communications.
- Partner with the Benefits Lead to manage ongoing U.S. benefits, leaves, and accommodations.
- Oversee the implementation of new benefit programs and vendor set-ups.
- Provide accurate and timely communication on benefits changes or updates.
- Coordinate with U.S. vendors and brokers to ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct billing audits and processing.
- Resolve escalated employee benefits claims with professionalism and accuracy.
- Contribute to additional benefits-related projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–5+ years of HR benefits experience, with hands-on U.S. benefits administration.
- Strong background in Open Enrollment and employee benefits management.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred).
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage high volumes of work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with employees at all levels.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced environments.
