Title: Program Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain Analytics

Pay Rate: $79 - $82/hr

Location: Hybrid (Sunnyvale, CA)

Duration: 12-month assignment


Summary:

We are seeking an analytically driven Program Manager to support initiatives across logistics, supply chain, and sustainability-focused programs. In this role, you will work with complex datasets to uncover insights, inform decision-making, and support program execution across multiple workstreams.

This position requires a strong balance of data analysis and program management. You will operate independently, manage your own deliverables, and translate ambiguous data into clear, actionable outputs for stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, intellectually curious, and comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving environments.


What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze large, complex, and ambiguous datasets to identify trends, answer business questions, and uncover opportunities
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to source, structure, and standardize data for analysis
  • Build data-driven insights and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Develop and deliver structured outputs for program reviews and stakeholder presentations
  • Support creation of materials for leadership updates and reporting
  • Manage individual workstreams and deliverables independently with minimal direction
  • Support ad hoc analytical requests across multiple program areas


What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in program management, analytics, supply chain, or related fields
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel or similar tools
  • Experience working with large, unstructured datasets and translating them into actionable insights
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with advanced analytics tools (e.g., Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) preferred
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to operate independently, manage workload, and deliver results in fast-paced environments
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in supply chain, logistics, or sustainability-related programs
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools for data analysis, research, or productivity
  • Experience building dashboards or reporting frameworks
  • Exposure to cross-functional program environments
