Title: Program Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain Analytics
Pay Rate: $79 - $82/hr
Location: Hybrid (Sunnyvale, CA)
Duration: 12-month assignment
Summary:
We are seeking an analytically driven Program Manager to support initiatives across logistics, supply chain, and sustainability-focused programs. In this role, you will work with complex datasets to uncover insights, inform strategic decisions, and drive execution across multiple program workstreams.
This position requires a strong balance of analytical expertise and program management. You will operate independently, manage your own deliverables, and translate ambiguous data into clear, actionable outputs for stakeholders. The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, highly organized, and comfortable navigating fast-paced, evolving environments.
What You’ll Do:
· Analyze large, complex, and ambiguous datasets to identify trends, answer business questions, and uncover opportunities
· Partner with internal and external stakeholders to source, structure, and standardize data for analysis
· Build analyses and translate findings into clear, structured outputs for stakeholders and program reviews
· Develop insights that inform decision-making across supply chain, logistics, and sustainability initiatives
· Support creation of materials for leadership updates and reporting
· Manage individual workstreams and deliverables independently with minimal direction
· Support ad hoc analytical and program needs across multiple initiatives
What You Bring:
· 7+ years of experience in program management, analytics, supply chain, or related fields
· Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (or similar tools)
· Experience working with large, unstructured datasets and translating them into actionable insights
· Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar platforms
· Familiarity with advanced analytics tools (e.g., Python libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) preferred
· Familiarity with generative AI tools for research, analysis, and productivity
· Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills across all levels
· Ability to work independently, manage workload, and deliver results in fast-paced environments
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
· Bachelor’s degree required
Bonus Points If You Have:
· Experience in supply chain, logistics, or sustainability-related programs
· Experience building dashboards, reporting tools, or analytics frameworks
· Exposure to cross-functional program environments
· Experience translating business needs into data-driven solutions
