Key Responsibilities

Office Operations & Administration

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, equipment, and general upkeep to ensure a well-organized workplace.

  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve office efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new office management tools.

  • Proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position requiring regular interaction with employees, visitors, vendors, and leadership. Responsibilities involve a combination of desk-based administrative work and moving throughout the office to manage supplies, greet visitors, and support meetings and events.
