 Title: Marketing Operations & Communications Lead

Payrate: $70 - $74/hour

Duration: 12-month assignment

Start Date: November 17th,, 2025

Location: Hybrid (Culver City, CA)

 

Summary:

Our marketing team is seeking a proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and optimization-focused Operations and Communications Lead to manage cross-functional planning and execution of various projects that drive engagement, ongoing investment, and overall success for global partners in the entertainment space.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project timelines and ensure cross-functional alignment to support the timely delivery of marketing assets.
  • Develop and distribute communications for external partners, including Keynote updates, newsletters, and email announcements.
  • Support the planning and execution of global partner events, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Oversee the global partner screener site in partnership with the video operations team, ensuring prompt distribution of titles across respective markets.
  • Manage the marketing budget, including monthly forecasting, purchase order creation, and invoice tracking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across internal teams to identify and activate opportunities for partner engagement.
  • Influence senior stakeholders through clear communication, structured thinking, and a strong understanding of business priorities.

 

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, promotional partnerships, communications, or operations—ideally within a fast-paced, global organization in media or entertainment.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Proven experience managing projects end-to-end, from briefing through execution and delivery.
  • Strong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities, with the skill to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-volume environment and navigate ambiguity with creativity and empathy.
  • Proficiency in presentation tools, including experience developing Keynote presentations.
  • Partner-facing experience is a plus.
