We are looking for a Sr. HRBP to support both our Revenue and Engineering teams based in the EMEA region. The Sr. HRBP, EMEA will be key in partnering with leaders to ensure that our people and organizational development strategies support our business objectives. The Sr. HRBP, EMEA will provide strategic solutions in the areas of organizational design, succession planning, performance management, change management, DEI, coaching & development, employee engagement, and employee relations. We are seeking a self-motivated, DEI-focused, data-driven and collaborative leader who is passionate about fostering a positive work culture and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
As the Sr. HRBP, you will:
- Leverage business acumen to partner with leaders to build and implement talent and organizational development programs
- Leverage data to guide decision making and support organizational change
- Serve as the go-to HR person for your business unit and know when to redirect to other departments
- Coach employees and leadership through complex situations related to performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Total Rewards, Workplace Operations, and L&D to ensure our programs are aligned with business needs
What you bring to the table:
- 6+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner preferably within a scaling or fast paced company
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders to drive organizational change
- A customer focused mindset with an eye towards creating a culture where people can thrive and grow their careers
- Excellent decision making skills. Being able to see the broader picture but also understand the situational circumstances while leveraging data to help drive towards the best possible outcome for the people and the business.
- Experience building and supporting people programs that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements in EMEA
Nice-to-haves (optional):
- PHR or SHRM certification
- Coaching certification
- HR experience within a global SaaS company
- Professional experience outside of Human Resources
