Title: Senior Creative Producer

Payrate: $75–$83/hour

Duration: 12-month assignment

Start Date: December 1, 2025

Location: Remote


Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Creative Producer to join the Creative Production team responsible for ensuring the flawless development and execution of world-class marketing communications across multiple platforms and languages. This role collaborates closely with cross-functional partners—including business, product, marketing, design, and technology teams—to manage creative projects from strategy and concept through to launch.


The ideal candidate is a highly experienced and organized producer who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You bring a balance of creativity, leadership, and operational precision, championing innovation and quality while ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of impactful creative work.


What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle for creative deliverables—from planning and scheduling to execution, QA, and post-launch review
  • Collaborate with creative, design, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality work that aligns with brand and business objectives
  • Anticipate and mitigate risks, identify solutions to unexpected challenges, and maintain project momentum under pressure
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication, ensuring alignment and clarity between business, creative, and technical stakeholders
  • Define and track project timelines, deliverables, and priorities while managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Maintain project documentation including briefs, schedules, references, and legal requirements
  • Route layouts, copy, renderings, and production files for review and approvals with key stakeholders and leadership
  • Partner with localization, web, and email delivery teams to ensure accurate, on-time asset handoffs and global consistency
  • Manage project wrap-up processes including archiving, quality assurance, and team debriefs
  • Balance creative vision with operational excellence, ensuring that every initiative is executed efficiently, thoughtfully, and on schedule


What You Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in digital or creative production, ideally in a design firm, agency, or in-house creative organization

·      Exceptional relationship-building skills with an ability to collaborate closely with other teams to solve problems and bring polished experiences to life

  • Proven track record of leading multiple large-scale projects from planning to global launch
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing workflows, creative development, and web/email production lifecycles
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills with a keen ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing relationships with multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining precision and attention to detail
  • Skilled at identifying efficiencies and streamlining processes across distributed teams and time zones
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with a confident and collaborative communication style


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in visual design, UX, or web development workflows
  • Knowledge of data analytics and how to apply insights to digital design and marketing
  • Familiarity with or interest in AI tools for enhancing marketing production processes
