Early Careers Recruiter (Hybrid – $44–$50/hr)

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Early Careers Recruiter to lead the charge in building and nurturing our pipeline of emerging talent. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building strong relationships, and is passionate about creating exceptional candidate experiences for early career professionals.
What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and hire top early-career talent across multiple disciplines.
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through clear communication, timely feedback, and seamless onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, student organizations, and early-talent networks.
- Represent the organization at career fairs, networking events, and campus activities to showcase opportunities.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as a premier destination for early career professionals.
- Track, measure, and analyze key hiring metrics such as conversion rates and offer acceptance.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2+ years focused on early careers or campus recruiting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A data-driven mindset with experience analyzing outcomes and making process improvements.
- Familiarity with ATS systems (Lever experience is a plus).
