Title: Logistics & Supply Chain Program Analyst (Contract)

Pay Rate: $70 - $82/hr

Location: Hybrid (Sunnyvale, CA)

Duration: 12-month assignment


Summary:

We are seeking a Logistics & Supply Chain Program Analyst to support strategic initiatives across a global logistics and supply chain organization. In this role, you will partner with senior program managers and cross-functional teams to analyze complex data, track project progress, develop executive-ready reporting, and provide analytical support for multiple logistics and sustainability programs.


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving business problems through data analysis while collaborating across diverse teams. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, resourceful, and comfortable working with ambiguous information to produce clear, actionable insights that support operational decision-making. What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze complex and ambiguous datasets to answer business questions and identify opportunities for operational improvements
  • Transform data into clear reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive-ready materials that support program reviews and decision-making
  • Support multiple logistics, supply chain, packaging, and sustainability initiatives by providing analytical and project coordination support
  • Assist with project management activities including scheduling, meeting coordination, documentation, status reporting, and tracking deliverables
  • Partner with senior program managers and cross-functional stakeholders to support ongoing program execution
  • Manage assigned deliverables independently while balancing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Develop structured analyses that help leadership evaluate program performance and business opportunities
  • Respond to ad hoc analytical requests and provide timely insights across multiple initiatives
  • Build collaborative relationships across cross-functional teams to help move projects forward efficiently


What You Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA, Master's degree, or equivalent analytical experience preferred
  • 4+ years of experience in business analysis, supply chain, logistics, operations, consulting, finance, or a related analytical field
  • Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (or Apple Numbers)
  • Experience organizing and analyzing large or ambiguous data sets
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while managing multiple deliverables


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with Tableau, SQL, Python, or other business intelligence tools
  • Experience supporting logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations organizations
  • Experience creating executive presentations and business reporting
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools for research, analysis, or productivity
  • Experience supporting program management or PMO functions
