12 month contract (Excellent potential for extension or permanent)

Full-time- M-F (*Must work: 3:30pm – 11:30pm India time)

This role is focused on providing end to end coordination and oversight of credit recommendation processes between company and partners. The goal of this role is to successfully plan and execute credit recommendation evaluations for Professional Certificates by managing cross-functional stakeholders, coordinating submission deliverables, and managing relationships with globally based evaluation organizations. Experience in academic settings and strong stakeholder relationship management skills to execute content evaluations for credit recommendations on time and on budget. You will focus on creating project timelines for content quality reviews for partners, coordinating submission of course documentation (including syllabus information, curriculum and instructional design descriptions, learning objectives and outcomes), and facilitating training to prepare internal and external stakeholders to participate in live virtual assessment conferences and panel reviews. Working within partner and vendor availability to meet company’s credit recommendation goals. The ideal candidate for this role will be familiar with global academic credit systems, transfer credit, prior learning credit/recognition of prior learning, with a background in higher education and/or international education. They should be solutions-focused, with the ability to excel in a rapidly changing environment by adapting quickly to evolving priorities and challenges. Strong familiarity with the European Qualification Framework, National Skills Qualification Framework in India, and US Higher Education System is a plus.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and alignment between company, Industry Partners, evaluation organizations, and supporting vendors as needed. Support annual contracting and ad hoc contracting as needs arise;
  • Coordinate, execute, and submit required documentation for credit recommendation evaluations, including but not limited to: course item data, syllabus information, curriculum and instructional design descriptions, learning objectives and outcomes.
  • Conduct quality assurance in accordance with legal standards for submissions to quality assurance evaluators. Ensure all documentation aligns with and accurately represents company associated partnerships, and legal guidelines
  • Facilitate project kickoffs and engage partners in meetings and trainings to ensure all parties are aware of project milestones and prepared to participate in review panels and assessment conferences;
  • Create, maintain, and update documentation and templates throughout credit recommendation review cycles based on emerging trends and process improvements;
  • Act as the primary point of contact for credit-related queries from external partners, vendors, and quality assurance agencies.
  • Own and manage the relationship with our Open Badge provider to ensure that transcripts, effective dates, and other credentialing information are accurately maintained and up-to-date.
  • Actively collaborate with the Marketing/PR teams to execute the internal and external rollout of credit recommendations and achievements, enhancing visibility and recognition of credentialing efforts.

 

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Academic, Education, High Education, Accreditation sector supporting projects
  • Must have experience working in academic setting
  • Able to work 3:30pm- 11:30pm M-F
  • Familiarity with working across multiple time zones and managing international/global stakeholders
  • Understanding of how credit transfer’s work and know how to make credit recommendations
  • Experience in Project management/coordination with transcripts and transfer credits
  • Must have excellent ability to manager stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication skills; able to explain to stakeholders how transfer credits work
  • Comfortable to participate in live virtual assessment conference and panel reviews with stakeholders
  • Must be action oriented, problem solver, assertive, able to express thoughts and solutions effectively.
  • Proficiency Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bonus: Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Lifelong learner with a passion for working within cross-functional teams towards a common goal
