Editorial Engagement Specialist

Payrate: $52 - $57/hour 

Location: Remote (EST hours preferred)

Duration: 12-month assignment

Hours: 40 hours/week

 

 

Summary:

Do you thrive on building strategies that inspire, inform, and engage a global audience? We’re looking for an Editorial Engagement Specialist to join our Retail Engagement Marketing and Merchandising team. In this role, you’ll design frameworks that elevate communication, training, and content strategies across multiple tools and touchpoints.

 

You’ll bring creativity and precision to every project, cultivating relationships with stakeholders, analyzing data to measure success, and developing innovative engagement experiences for our internal teams worldwide. If you are detail-oriented, flexible, and passionate about digital retail engagement, this role is a great fit for you.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Build strategic frameworks and engagement experiences for internal teams
  • Refine and optimize communication, training, and content strategies across global platforms
  • Perform data analysis to track engagement and inform future strategies
  • Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Design strategic plans for future content formats and digital experiences

 

What You Bring:

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, training, education, and/or internal engagement
  • Ability to use analytics tools to make real-time decisions for elevating content and developing future content strategies
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to build relationships
  • Knowledge of social media best practices and/or SEO concepts to grow readership
  • Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail

 

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience managing social media accounts
  • Familiarity with emerging digital engagement trends
  • A passion for storytelling and creating meaningful audience connections
